- That your payments go to the project’s escrow account, and what the current construction progress is on the RERA record.
- What comparable homes in District 11 have actually sold for, not only the asking prices. Opal Gardens has the deepest resale record in the district.
- The handover date written in your Sale and Purchase Agreement, since listed dates differ.
